JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ ORAL ORDER 1. Learned AGA accepts notice for respondent Nos.1 to 6. 2. Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: "a) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the Respondents to forthwith consider and dispose of the Petitioner's representation dated 02.05.2025 (ANNEXURE-F), in accordance with the vigilance report dated 28.04.2025 of the Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Vigilance) in the interest of justice and equity. b) Pass such other order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice and equity." 3. A perusal of the papers indicates that the petitioner has no private interest in the reliefs which have been sought for and the reliefs that are sought for is in the nature of public interest. If that be so, the present petition before this Court would not be maintainable. 4. In view of the above situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the above petition with liberty to file Public Interest litigation by - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:50788 WP No. 30393 of 2025 complying with the requirements of the High Court of Karnataka (Public Interest Litigation) Rules, 2018. 5.
