In the present writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, prayer is made for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for issuance of directions to the respondents to release the payment of pay-scale of the post of Estate Manager to the petitioner with effect from the date when he was given the current duty charge (CDC) and for release of arrears of difference between the due and drawn after refixing the pay alongwith interest 24% per annum. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is given to respondent No.3 to decide his representation dated 22.1.2025 (Annexure P-18), in a time bound manner. 3. Notice of motion. 4. Dr. Malvika Singh, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1 and Mr. Vivek Saini, Addl. AG, Haryana accepts notice on CWP-20439-2025 -2- behalf of respondents No.2 to 5 and they do not oppose the prayer, as made by the learned counsel for the petitioners. 5. In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, the present writ petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to decide representation dated 22.1.2025 (Annexure P-18), within a period of 08 weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 6. Needless to say that the legal notices shall be decided after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and by passing a detailed and reasoned speaking order. 7.
