This is an application filed by the petitioner praying for grant of anticipatory bail in terms of Sections 482 and 484 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 apprehending his arrest for the offences under Sections 303(2), 62, 3(5) of BNS. 3. There is an allegation that this petitioner is involved in stealing of coal and when there was surprising inspection, he fled leaving the motorcycle. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I find that this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. If the petitioner surrender, his case will be considered taken into consideration the fate of the other co- accused. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No.339 of 2024, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chatra, stands rejected. (ANANDA SEN, J.) R.S./
