This revision has been filed by the revisionist with a prayer to set aside the order dated 29.3.2024 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Sant Kabir Nagar in Maintenance Case No.222/11 of 2018, under section 125 Cr.P.C, Police Station Ghanghata, District Sant Kabir Nagar. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the revisionist that this case was referred to the mediation and the parties have settled their dispute amicably before the mediation. The mediation report dated 22.2.2025 shows that an agreement s entered into between the parties is on record, therefore, the matter be disposed of in terms of compromise between the parties before mediation. Learned counsel for opposite party Mohd. Azam has no objection in this regard. Accordingly, as per the mediation report dated 22.2.2025, this criminal revision is disposed of finally in terms of agreement between the parties as aforesaid.
