ORDER: The Criminal Petition, u/Sec.482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik SurakSha Sanhita, 2023, is filed on behalf of the petitioner/accused to grant anticipatory bail in connection with crime No.179/2024 of S.E.B,, Kothapeta. 2) A case has been registered against the petitioner for the offence punishable u/Sec.7-B r/w 8-B of the A.P. Prohibition (Amendment) Act. 3) Case of the prosecution in brief is that on 21.4.2024 at about 4.00 pm, on receipt of credible information about illegal possession and preparation of liquor, the Inspector of S.E.B., Kothapeta, along with staff, while conducting patrolling reached NTR Nagar, Rajavaam village, Atreyapuram Mandal and found the petitioner while having mica hand bag in her right hand. on seeing the police, she escaped from the place leaving the cover. Then the police, on verification found 10 liters Of ID liquor in the mica covers. Then police drafted special report at the scene of offence and seized the contraband. 4) Heard. Perused the record, 5) Basing don the information/confession of others, name of the petitioner has been shown as an accused in the said case. In pursuance
