VIBHU BAKHRU, CHIEF JUSTICE) 1. The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 4.7.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.17609/2024 (GM- POLICE). In terms of the said order, the accused were directed to consider the representation dated 7.5.2022 made by the complainant and pass appropriate orders. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:49944-DB CCC No. 848 of 2025 2. The said representation was made seeking police protection. Concededly, the said representation has been considered and a decision has been rendered to offer police protection as and when required. Therefore, we are unable to accept that there is any willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court. 3. Learned counsel for the accused submits that efforts are also being made to demarcate the path, as a part of which passes through a private property. A civil dispute is pending in respect of the said property and efforts are also being made to ascertain the status of the said dispute. He also submits that subject to ascertaining the status of the suit, the accused/Tahsildar shall also make efforts to demarcate the path. 4. In view of the above, the complaint is closed.
