MARIA CLETE, J These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 395 days & 363 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due R3 & R4, to set aside the abatement caused by the death of R3 and R4 and to bring on record the proposed parties as legal heirs of the deceased R3 and R4 respectively. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents who submits that he has got no serious objection in allowing these petitions and undertakes to file vakalat for the legal heirs of the deceased R3 and R4. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed.
