JUSTICE S SUNIL DUTT YADAV - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:50706 WP No. 31928 of 2025 ORAL ORDER The present petition has been filed seeking for issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondent No.3 to consider the claim of the petitioners in terms of the direction Passed in R.A.No.13/2023 by the second respondent-Deputy Commissioner. In terms of the direction passed by the Deputy Commissioner, the Assistant Commissioner, Tiptur Sub-Division was directed to issue notice to the Khatadars, whose names are found in the RTC and after examining the orders of Civil Court, pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proceedings before the Civil Court have ended in a compromise. Needless to state that the petitioner to appear before the Assistant Commissioner and place necessary records relating to the stage of proceedings before the Civil Court as asserted. Upon placing of such records, the Assistant Commissioner to pass orders within a period not later than six weeks from such date.
