Heard Mr.S.Venkatesh, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.G.Velu, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2. 3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the relief sought for in the present writ petition, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner and submit a report before the District Collector.
