During the pendency of the Petition, the pension proposal of the Petitioner was pending before the Education Oicer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Sangli. The said pension proposal was returned to the Management on 3rd July 2025 on account of certain deiciencies. The Management thereafter, by its communication dated 25th August 2025, re-submitted the proposal after curing all the deiciencies. The compilation of the revised proposal dated 25th August 2025 is taken on record. 4. This Petition can, therefore, be disposed of by directing the Education Oicer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Sangli to decide the re- submitted proposal dated 25th August 2025 within a period of 12 weeks from the date of communication of this order. If any further deiciencies are noticed, the Education Oicer shall communicate the same to the Management and grant an opportunity to cure the deiciencies. 5. Re-submitted proposal shall be accepted by Respondent No. 5 – Education Oicer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Sangli, and upon completion of necessary compliance, shall be forwarded to Respondent No. 4 – Deputy Director. Respondent No. 4 as well as Respondent No. 5 shall decide the proposal within a period of 12 weeks from the date of communication of this order and consider the same on its merits. The Petitioner shall remain present before the Education Oicer on 15th December 2025 at 11:00 a.m., along with a copy of this order and a copy of the revised proposal. 7.
