Heard the learned counsels for the parties. Perused the case diary. It is alleged that the petitioners entered into the victim’s house, assaulted and molested her. Injury report shows a lacerated wound inflicted on vital part of the body, namely the parietal region. The injuries required dressing with stitches. The names of the present petitioners have been taken by the victim in the injury report itself. Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the present petitioners. The application for anticipatory bail being CRM (A) 3881 of 2025 is, thus, rejected. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
