1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2), 352 and 3(5) of the BNS. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and petitioners no. 1 and 2 are women and the informant alleges that her brother was getting mentally treated. Further, on 13.04.2025, he went to the house of the petitioners and said something on account of which accused

When the father of the informant came to save him, accused assaulted him also thereafter neighbours came and the injured were taken to the hospital. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is further submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that no specific allegation of assault is alleged against the petitioners. It is next submitted that petitioners are not the criminals. 5.
Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners. 6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S.
