This petition has been filed for following relief: "issue a order ог direction in the nature of mandamus directing the learned court below to decide the Civil Suit No.2310 of 2017 (Original Suit No.746 of 2008) (Rajendra Prasad Upadhyay Versus Satish Chandra Upadhyay), pending in the court of Civil Judge (Jr.Div.), Court No.14, Gorakhpur, expeditiously, within a stipulated period." 2. From the perusal of the order sheet it is apparent that the aforesaid suit is pending since 2008. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 3. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 4. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Civil Judge (Jr.Div.), Court No.14, Gorakhpur to consider and decide the aforesaid case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, after ensuring service upon all the concerned parties and after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned as well as opportunity to lead evidence in support of their case and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided that there is no other legal impediment.
