Petitioners filed a suit under Section 229 of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, 1950, in which, interim order was passed restraining the parties from changing the nature of suit property and not to create any third party interest. 3. Defendant Nos. 1, 2 & 3 in said Suit, filed application under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC, which was rejected by Trial Court. Defendant Nos. 1, 2 & 3 filed Revision which is pending before Board of Revenue. 4. According to the petitioners, Board of Revenue stayed proceedings pending before Trial Court on the first date of hearing and by the same order, notice was also issued to the petitioners. 5. He submits that due to the stay order passed by Board of Revenue, defendants are creating problems and they are trying to interfere with the possession of the petitioners and also damaging the standing crops. 6. He submits that Revisional Court be directed to decide the Revision at an early date. 2025:UHC:4666 7. With regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a request to Revisional Court to make endeavour to decide the Revision filed by defendant Nos. 1, 2 & 3 at an early date. Revisional Court is further requested to consider the interim relief application filed by petitioners on any date within four weeks from date of production of certified copy of this order.
