Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to ensure payment of insured amount of Rs. 5 lac to the petitioner under the 'Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatana Kalyan Yojana' within stipulated time to be fixed by this Court with market rate of interest to the petitioner within time to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner made application for payment of compensation under the said scheme on 18.8.2021 but the application has not been considered so far. He prayed for a direction to concerned respondent to decide the pending claim. 3. Ms. Kritika Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the State- respondents does not oppose the prayer. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no. 2 to decide the application in accordance with law within twelve weeks from the date of communication of the instant order alongwith photocopy of the claim form dated 18.8.2021. .
