The present application under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. has been filed with prayer to quash the order dated 19.5.2025 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 8 in Criminal Revision No. 354 of 2023, whereby revisional court affirmed the order dated 28.9.2022 passed by Additional Civil Judge (J.D.)/Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 10, Bulandshahar. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
