ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 6 08-07-2025 Upon repeated calls, no one appears either on behalf of the petitioners or counsel for State or on behalf of Municipal Corporation. 2. Vide order dated 24.06.2025, it transpires to this Court that no one appeared on behalf of the petitioners and as a matter of last indulgence, this case was adjourned for one week with specific direction that if none appears on behalf of the Patna High Court CWJC No.4493 of 2017(6) dt.08-07-2025 2/2 petitioners on the next date fixed, appropriate order shall be passed. Today also, no one appears on behalf of the petitioners. 3. In this background, it transpires to this Court that the petitioners are not interested to pursue this writ application and therefore, this Court has no option left, but to pass the order in this writ application. 4.
