Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, Instructions dated 18.08.2025 received under the signatures of District Panchayat Raj Officer, Kanpur Dehat placed before the Court, the same is taken on record. 2. From perusal of the record, it reveals that vide order dated 06.06.2024 passed by the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Kanpur Dehat/respondent No.3, the petitioner was nominated as Incharge of the three members Committee to run the accounts of the Gram Sahba. The aforesaid order was recalled by respondent No.3 vide order dated 10.01.2025 and one Sri Mulayam Singh was nominated to run the accounts of the Gram Sahba. Aggrieved with the aforesaid order, the petitioner preferred Writ C No.3840 of 2025 (Anju Vs. State of U.P. others) which was decided by this Court vide order dated 15.05.2025 which reads as follows:- 3. Pursuant to the aforesaid, decision has been taken by the respondent No.3, passed the order dated 18.06.2025 rejecting the claim of the petitioner. Hence the present petition. 4. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that order dated 18.06.2025 passed by the respondent No.3 is per se illegal in view of the fact that the reply submitted by the petitioner was not at all taken into consideration while passing the order impugned. 5. This fact is also clear from perusal of the order impugned and learned Standing Counsel also accepted this fact. 6. In this view of the matter, order dated 18.06.2025 passed by the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Kanpur Dehat/respondent No.3 is liable to be set aside and the same is hereby set aside and the matter is remanded back to the respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar to look into the matter and pass fresh and detailed order after considering the reply submitted by the petitioner as well as the order dated 15.05.2025 passed by this Court in Writ C No.3840 of 2025 within a period of two weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
