The following prayer has been made in the writ petition: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful living of the petitioner in the rooms of Irrigation Department situated at Raipura, District Chitrakoot." 2. The petitioner is seeking to retain the rooms in view of the fact that he is having contract of fishery right in the Dam and according to him, there is no arrangement for living at the Dam. 3. Concededly, the petitioner does not have any right to retain rooms of irrigation department situated at Raipura, Chitrakoot. 4. Having regard to the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to approach District Magistrate for redressal. 5.
