On 14.12.2023, following order was passed:- “Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia submits that the petitioner has never remained as Director of ‘M/s. Piyush Infrastructure India Private Limited’, besides, even the ingredients of Section 141 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 are not there in the complaint. Notice of motion for 21.01.2024. In the meanwhile, proceedings qua the petitioner shall remain stayed.” 3.
