This petition has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of restoration application in Case No.RES/2443/2022, Original Case No.MIS/648/2021, Computer Case No.R20220547002443 (Ramratan and others vs. Mishri), under Section 201 of U.P. Land Revenue Act. 3. Instructions have been received by learned Standing counsel pursuant to the previous order of this Court. The same are taken on record. 4. The instructions reveal that 25.8.2025 is the next date fixed for hearing the restoration application. 5. In the peculiar facts of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon Board of Revenue to take up the matter on the date so fixed and decide the same either on the said date or if it is not possible to decide on the said date, the restoration application shall be decided within one month thereafter by fixing short dates, providing opportunity of hearing to the parties and in accordance with law.
