Counter affidavit has been filed in the matter along with the delay condonation application (IA/2/2024). On being satisfied with the reasons, so furnished, the application is allowed. Delay in filing the counter affidavit is condoned. Counter affidavit filed on behalf of the State is taken on record. 5. At the same time, Misc. Application (IA/3/2024) is also allowed by accepting on record the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no.3. 6. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner informs the Court that in this matter, a charge-sheet has been submitted by the I.O. against her client, hence this petition may be dismissed as infructuous. 7. As prayed for, the instant writ petition is dismissed as infructuous, however, with a liberty reserved to the petitioner to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings before the appropriate Court.
