From perusal is is apparently clear that in terms of order of writ Court dated 13.06.2025 passed Writ C No. 19672 of 2025 it is required on the part of the applicant to file application under Section 24 of the UP Revenue Code before the authority concerned, but in the present case, no such application has been filed before the Tehsildar, who is authority under Section 24 of the UP Revenue Code. Therefore, no contempt is made out. Application is dismissed. However, applicant is granted liberty to approach the authority concerned.
