I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the case file. 3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner limited his prayer to the extent that the State be directed to file the final report under Section 193 of the BNSS (earstwhile Section 173 Cr.P.C.), at the earliest, before the Court concerned. 4.
