Case No. 168 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 329(3), 191(2), 191(3), 190 and 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhia, 2023 and Section 27 of Arms Act, pending in the court of Sri Ravi Shankar Pandey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur. 3. On 15.12.2024 at 4.00 a.m., petitioner along with co-accused persons are alleged to have fired outside the house of the Informant. However, nobody was injured. 4. It was submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons. It was further submitted that one co- accused has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this court 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Ravi Shankar Pandey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur in connection with Sitaramdera P.S.
