(ORAL) The present petition has been filed alleging violation of order 12.12.2007 (Annexure P-1) passed in Om Parkash and others vs. State of Haryana and others connected petitions including CWP-5328-1990 vs. State of Haryana and others’ filed by the present petitioners, whereby the respondents were directed as under: “It is a conceded position that Physical Training Instructors (NFC) later challenged order dated 30.03.1994 as referred to above in C.W.P. No. 5816 of 1984, that writ petition was allowed. Order was set aside and the P.T.Is (NFC) and DPE (NFC) were held entitled to the payment of higher pay scale. That being so of the ratio of the judgment in the petitioners are also entitled to get the higher pay scales as has been granted in favour of the P.T.I(NFC) by the Court in C.W.P. No. 5816 of 1994 titled as National Fitness Corporation Teachers Association v. State of Harya others, decided on 10.10.2007.
