Heard Mr.P.Arumugarajan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents. 3. The petitioner along with the other persons in the locality filed an application/ petition under Section 64(1) of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act before the second respondent. Since the same was not considered and no decision was taken, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4.
