No.P3/118(1)/2014-VSC, dt.10-09-2015 by imposing the punishment of Reducing basic pay by one incremental stage up to date of Superannuation i.e., 30-09-2015 besides treating the suspension period as not on duty for the purpose of lame and increments, as capricious, without jurisdiction, unconstitutional, and as such liable to be set aside in the interest of justice with a consequential direction to the respondents to herein to pay the deducted Service benefits in ptrsuance of the impugned orders along with interest forthwith, and pass 2 IA NO: 1 OF 2018 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to spend the Proc. There is no representation for the petitioner, though the matter is posted today under the caption ‘For Dismissal’. Even on earlier occasions, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3. Sri Vinod Kumar Tarlada, learned Standing Counsel for APSRTC, representing the respondents, is present. 4. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. 4 5. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
