The petitioner seeks bail in connection with POCSO Case No. 109 of 2025 arising out of Giriyak P.S. Case No. 144 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 96 of the BNS but charge-sheet has been submitted in this case under Section 96, 65(1) of the BNS, 2023 along with Section 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he is in custody since 26.04.2025. From the discussions made in the impugned order, it appears that the victim has eloped with the petitioner. 7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District Judge-cum-Special POCSO Judge VII, Biharsharif, Nalanda/concerned Court below in connection with POCSO Case No. 109 of 2025 arising out of Giriyak P.S.
