In any case, the order dated 3rd November 2022 has been passed by the Education Oicer (Secondary) without giving any opportunity to the petitioner or the respondents to cure/explain deiciencies. The petitioner as well as the Respondent No.6-management shall appear before the Education Oicer on 15th December 2025 at 11.00 a.m. along with the copy of this order.
