1. This case has been short listed for referral to the Special Mediation Drive-Mediation for the Nation. 2. There is no chance of settlement between the parties in the instant petition. Hence, the case is not referred for mediation in Mediation Drive - Mediation for the Nation. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents No.5 to 8 submits that, in compliance of order dated 27.2.2019, against excess payment made to the petitioner, 50% is being deducted from her family pension. He further submits that after recovery of complete excess payment, deduction will be stopped and petitioner will be provided full family pension. He next submits that as on date, petitioner’s actual family pension is Rs. 25,198/- per month, out of which, Rs. 10,247/- is being deducted per month and Rs. 14,951/- is being paid to the petitioner per month. He

submits
that
about Rs. 5,50,000/- has been recovered till date and after recovery of complete excess payment made to the petitioner, recovery will be stopped and full family pension will be paid to the petitioner. 4.
In view of above contention made by learned counsel for the respondents No. 5 to 8, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
3 he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file fresh petition, if occasion arises. 5. On due consideration, permission is granted with liberty, as prayed for. 6. Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. SD/-
