Learned counsel for petitioners submits that grievance of the petitioners, so far as fixation of salary is concerned, is seized with respondent no. 1 i.e. Regional Committee through its Chairman Joint Director of Education, Bareilly, Region- Bareilly, for last two to three months and till date no decision has been taken on it. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for State assures the Court that an appropriate decision will be taken, with regard to the aforesaid issue, in accordance with law, within a short period. 4. Taking note of aforesaid submission as well as assurance, given by learned Standing Counsel, this petition is disposed of observing that a reasoned decision be taken, with regard to fixation of salary of petitioners, by respondent no. 1 i.e. Regional Committee through its Chairman Joint Director of Education, Bareilly, Region- Bareilly, in accordance with law, within a short period, and if there is any legal impediment, the same shall be communicated to the petitioners.
