Though the petitioner has challenged the order at Annexure-A whereby the Deputy Commissioner has reserved certain lands for public purpose, petitioner submits that such order could not have been passed as the petitioner claims to have been granted with such land

HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:44856 WP No. 29925 of 2025 earlier. It is noticed that the petitioner has suffered an adverse order before the Assistant Commissioner at Annexure-B.
3. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that as against the order of the Assistant Commissioner at Annexure-B, petitioner is to take appropriate proceedings challenging the same. In light of the order of the Assistant Commissioner not having been challenged before the Authority under the statutory scheme of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964 petition deserves to be disposed of. 4. Accordingly, petitioner is reserved liberty to challenge the order of the Assistant Commissioner at Annexure-B which is an order adverse against him in accordance with law.
It is clarified that there is no adjudication regarding the correctness of the order at Annexure-A. All contentions are kept open. - 4 -
