The proposal for individual approval of the Petitioner appointment on full time basis as Assistant Teacher is rejected by the Deputy Director of Education, Kolhapur Region, Kolhapur by the impugned order dated 28th January, 2020 which is at page 60 of the paper-book. Three deiciencies are mentioned in the impugned order while rejecting the proposal for individual approval. 3. It is submitted by Mr. Bhavake, that though by the impugned Shubham Talle 1 of 2 40-WP-18386-2024.doc order the deiciencies are communicated, no opportunity was given to the Management to cure deiciencies. 4. In our opinion the present Petition can be disposed of by directing the impugned order dated 28th January, 2020 which is at page 60 of the paper-book to be treated as show cause notice to the Management. 5. The Management shall within a period of three weeks from today explain/cure the deiciencies and accordingly inform the Deputy Director of Education, Kolhapur. If there are further deiciencies, the Management be granted period of two weeks to cure the deiciencies. 6. The proposal for individual approval of the Petitioner be considered afresh by the Deputy Director of Education within a period of 10 weeks from the date of communication of this order. 7. In case the proposal is approved, the Shalarth ID be issued by Respondent No. 4-Deputy Director of Education expeditiously. 8. Writ Petition disposed of. No cost. [ Ajit B. Kadethankar, J. ] [ M. S.
