This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants for quashing the impugned summoning order dated 08.08.2013 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.7, Allahabad and impugned charge-sheet dated 04.11.2011, as well as, entire criminal proceedings of Criminal Case No.2852 of 2011 arising out of Case Crime No.265 of 2011, under Sections-498A, 323, 506 I.P.C. read with Section-3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station-Atarsuiya, District-Allahabad, pending before the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.7, Allahabad. 3. By order dated 15.07.2024, the matter was referred to mediation and conciliation centre of this Court and applicants were directed to deposit a sum of Rs. 20,000/- and stay was granted on the aforesaid condition. 4. Today it is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that Rs. 20,000 could not be deposited. 5. Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 submits that applicant has not deposited the amount as directed by this Court. 6. In the present case, applicants have enjoyed the stay order without depositing the amount as directed by this Court by order dated 15.07.2024. Once the applicant has not complied with the order dated 15.07.2024 nor they have filed any application for extension of time, they are not entitled to be heard by this Court. 7. Accordingly, the application u/s 482 is dismissed. 8. Interim order, granted earlier, stands vacated.
