BEFORE HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MANISH CHOUDHURY ORDER Date : 12-02-2025 Mr. B. Pushilal, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that certain inadvertent mistakes have crept in the pleadings of the writ petition. He has, thus, submitted that the petitioner may be allowed to withdraw the writ petition, with the liberty to file afresh. Ms. G. Hazarika, learned Standing Counsel, Revenue and Disaster Management Department for the respondent no. 1 and Mr. N. Goswami, learned Junior Government Advocate, Assam for the respondent nos. 2 & 3 who are in attendance have submitted that they have no objection to the said prayer. In view of the above submission made by Mr. Pushilal, learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed on withdrawal, with the liberty, as prayed for.
