Petitioners have approached this Court that they are working as Gang Man since 2002 and 2005 respectively and according to U.P. Regularization of Daily Wagers Appointment on Group 'D' Posts Rules, 2001 as well as circulars dated 24.6.2014 and 31.12.2015, their respective claim for regularisation can be considered. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents on basis of limited instructions submits that claim of the petitioners, if legally permissible, will be considered in accordance with law within a short period. 4. In the aforesaid circumstances, taking note of fair submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, this writ petition is disposed of.
