Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:6476-DB Court No. - 29 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 798 of 2025 Petitioner :- Mohammad Amas Respondent :- Union Of India And Another Counsel for Petitioner :- Muqeem Ahmad Counsel for Respondent :- A.S.G.I. Hon'ble Ashwani Kumar Mishra,J. Hon'ble Donadi Ramesh,J. Heard learned counsel for the parties. The petitioner is aggrieved by non-consideration of his application for grant of the passport on account of pendency of NCR No.1 of 2024. It is asserted that there was a dispute on trivial ground and the parties have resolved their differences. Such settlement has also been recorded by the concerned police station. It is alleged that for such reason alone, the petitioner's application for issuance of the passport is withheld by 2nd respondent. Considering nature of the order proposed to be passed, we do not deem it necessary to issue notice to 2nd respondent. Facts as asserted before this Court shall be placed before 2nd respondent along with a certified copy of this order within a period of three weeks from today. 3rd respondent will get the factual aspects examined and would take appropriate decision with respect to issuance of the passport to the petitioner within further period of two months thereafter. We deem it appropriate to clarify that all factual issues are left open for examination at the level of the concerned authorities, at the first instance. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of. Order Date :- 15.1.2025 rkg Digitally signed by :- RAKESH KUMAR GAUTAM High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
