KAMAL ORAL ORDER After arguing the matter for some time, upon a query by this Court, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has neither put up any construction nor is he intending to put up any construction on the subject property till disposal of the application filed under Section 9 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act. He submits that the only apprehension that the petitioner has in the matter is threat of forcible dispossession by the respondents. 2. In response, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the lease is terminated by issuing a notice which is subject matter of the lis. The - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:30982 WP No. 19303 of 2025 respondents have not taken any steps to dispossess the petitioner illegally. As such, the apprehension of petitioner is misplaced. 3. Submission of the learned counsel for the parties is placed on record. In that view of the matter, no interference is warranted in the matter. The writ petition is disposed of. 4. All the contentions of the parties and their right to seek reliefs are kept open to be urged by the parties before the appropriate forum. 5.
