Counsel for respondent No.4 has submitted that, in the instant case, the police, after concluding the investigation, has submitted charge-sheet against all the petitioners, on which cognizance has been taken by the competent Court and the petitioners were summoned. 3. Against the order taking cognizance and summons being issued, petitioners have preferred an application NA528/34093 of 2024, which has also been disposed of vide order dated 05.02.2025 and another revision has been filed, which is pending before this Court. 4. Learned counsel for respondent No.4 has submitted that in view thereof, the instant writ petition is rendered infructuous and it may be dismissed. 5. In view of the aforesaid submissions made by counsel for respondent No.4, the instant writ petition is rendered infructuous and is accordingly dismissed.
