Appeal (DB) No. 512 of 1998(P) have died during the pendency of this appeal. In support of such contention, the death certificate of the appellant no. 1 as well as the certificate of the Mukhiya concerned certifying the death of appellant no. 2, have been submitted at the Bar by the learned Spl. P.P. On consideration of the above, therefore, this appeal stands abated. The necessary documents in support of the death of the appellants as submitted at the Bar be kept on record. Cr.
