Adv. Pinak Kumar Mitra, Adv. Subhanwita Ghosh ……for the petitioner. Adv. Debjani Sahu ……for the State. In Re: CRAN 1 of 2025 1. Present application has been moved for relaxation of bail condition as imposed vide order dated 25th April, 2025 whereby it was, inter alia, directed that petitioner shall remain within the jurisdiction of Tamluk police station except for the purpose of attending the court proceedings. Learned counsel submits that petitioner so far complied with the order. Learned counsel submits that the husband of the petitioner is a political functionary and he has to travel in order to meet his responsibilities. 2. Learned counsel for the State has filed the report and has submitted that petitioner has complied with the order of this 2 Court and as further submitted no further complain has been received. In view of the report, the bail condition imposed vide bail order dated 25th April, 2025 to the extent that petitioner shall remain within the of Tamluk police station is waived. 3. Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 stands disposed of. 4. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Dinesh Kumar Sharma, J.)
