JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 9 20-06-2025 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the order of this Court dated 17.05.2019 Patna High Court MJC No.3475 of 2019(9) dt.20-06-2025 3/3 passed in CWJC No. 7786 of 2019 has been complied with, however, the petitioners be granted liberty to agitate their subsisting grievances by availing such remedies as are otherwise under the law. 2.
