By way of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 3. At the very outset, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, on the basis of instructions received, submitted that age of petitioner no.2 is below 21 years and as such, he cannot be permitted to perform marriage therefore, petitioners are not entitled to get any relief.
