(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner against a suitable Group-D post with effect from the date of regularization of his juniors i.e. 01.10.2003 alongwith all consequential benefits. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the controversy involved in the present petition is squarely covered by the judgment dated 22.01.2025 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in a bunch of petitions including CWP No.10071 of 2022 titled as Sanjeev Kumar Versus State of Haryana and others. He further submits that the present case may also be disposed of in terms of the abovesaid judgment. Learned State Counsel agrees to the above factual aspect and does not raise any objection to the petition being disposed of.
