The petitioner has been made accused in connection with C.I.D Court Case No. 09/2024, corresponding to C.I.D. P.S. Case No. 39/2024, for the offence under Sections 303(2), 317(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned A.J.C.- XVIII-cum-Spl. Judge, C.I.D., Ranchi. It is alleged that 64 batteries were stolen from B.S.N.L. Tower located at different places. It was submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that co-accused person has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No.2347 of 2025. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C.- XVIII-cum-Spl.
