1. By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondent No.2/ Tahsildar, Lundra, District Surguja to take a decision on the application submitted by her through online portal after the execution of sale deed dated 22/06/2023.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the land bearing Khasra No.410, 420, 449, 450/2 area admeasuring 0.696 Hectare has been purchased by the petitioner from Sukhchain Das, Premvati and Surajbhanmati vide sale deed dated 22/06/2023 and subsequently the proceeding of mutation was registered through online portal before the Tahsildar on the same day, however the order of mutation has not been passed by the Tahsildar till date. He would further, by referring the ordersheets of the Tahsildar, submits that the respondent No.3 has filed an objection to the mutation proceeding before the Tahsildar, however the Tahsildar is not deciding the objection raised by the respondent and no order has been passed by the Tahsildar on the application of mutation submitted by the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that if the application for mutation filed by the petitioner is still pending before the Tahsildar, necessary steps will be taken for deciding the same within a period of six weeks in accordance with law.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties, perused the documents and the proceeding drawn by the Tahsildar.
5. As the application filed by the petitioner is still pending before the Tahsildar, the respondent No.2/Tahsildar, Lundra, District Surguja is
directed to consider the same and pass appropriate order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.
6. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
