The present petition has been filed challenging the first information report dated 05.06.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0254 of 2025, Under Sections 85, 80 (2) of B.N.S. and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station- Nawabganj, District- Prayagraj. 3. The perusal of the first information report discloses commission of cognizable offence involving the petitioner in the above case, therefore, it is not a case for quashing the first information report. 4.
