However, this Court has taken a decision and allowed the District Revenue Officer, Chengalpattu District to conduct an elaborate enquiry in an independent manner and uninfluenced by the observations made by the writ Court in the order impugned in the light of the order passed in W.A.No.1655 of 2021. 4. With the above observation, this writ appeal stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
