Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:108982 Court No. - 4 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 8981 of 2025 Petitioner :- Devendra Kumar Tiwari Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 4 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Sudist Kumar Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has questioned the transfer order dated 18.03.2025, whereby, he has been transferred from Azamgarh to Fatehpur. The ground taken for assailing the order is that the petitioner has left one and half year only in the retirement and as such he is entitled to remain posted at the current station of posting. Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner's claim can be considered provided he preferred a fresh representation ventilating his grievance. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make representation afresh along with the certified copy of this order before the competent authority namely the respondent no. 5 within a period of two weeks from today and if he does so, the same shall be considered and disposed of within a further period of four weeks. Needless to add the order to be passed by the competent authority, as directed herein above, shall be reasoned and speaking one.
